The Problem
Peru has a vibrant and exceptional food culture that remains unknown.
There are 3 Peruvian restaurants that are considered among the top
50 in the world, but there is a lack of awareness for Peruvian food culture.
THE APPROACH
My goal was to foster inspiration for Peru's cuisine, along with encouraging travel to Peru. I wanted to focus on the color and vibrancy of Peruvian food, along with the class and elegance that I have personally experienced at Peruvian restaurants. I pulled most of my inspiration from the colors of famous dishes from Peru.
